Contact

RCW IT Training is run by Pradeep Raju from Chennai, India. There is no support desk behind the site — messages come straight to me, and I answer them myself, normally within three working days (Indian Standard Time).

Reporting a mistake in a lab or guide

This is the most useful message you can send. Technical errors are fixed within a week and credited on the page (say if you would rather stay anonymous). To make it quick to reproduce, please include:

Subject: Correction — <page title or URL> Page: https://www.rcwittraining.in/... What the page says: ... What actually happens / what is correct: ... How you know (version, distro, screenshot, doc link): ... Credit me as: <name / LinkedIn / anonymous>

Requesting a new lab or topic

Tell me the technology, the exam objective (if any) and the situation you want to practise — for example "RHCSA: configure autofs for NFS home directories" or "Intune: Win32 app install failing with 0x87D1041C". Requests tied to a real problem you hit at work get built first.

Certificates and scorecards

Can you re-issue my certificate?
No — certificates are generated in your browser and nothing is stored on a server, so there is nothing to look up. Re-run the lab; it takes a few minutes and the new certificate is just as valid.
Are RCW certificates recognised by Red Hat, Microsoft or Cisco?
No. They are practice-completion certificates from an independent site. They show that you did the work; they are not vendor credentials.
Can I list them on LinkedIn?
Yes, under Licenses & Certifications with "RCW IT Training" as the issuer, or as a post with your scorecard.
