These terms apply when you use www.rcwittraining.in. By using the site you accept them. The labs are simulations, the content is original, and no account is required — these terms keep the service clear and fair for everyone.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("terms") govern the use of www.rcwittraining.in ("this website"), operated by RCW IT Training, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). They apply together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and Disclaimer & Trademark Notices. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the website.

2. What the service is

This website offers free hands-on labs, simulators, quizzes, articles, practice exams, and downloadable tools for IT learning. Unless a page clearly states otherwise:

• no account or registration is required;

• lab commands, answers, scores and locally generated certificates stay in your browser; and

• labs are visual simulations and never touch real cloud infrastructure (see the Disclaimer).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: disrupt or overload the website or its hosting; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; scrape or republish the content at scale without permission; misuse scoreboards, challenges or share links; or use the website for any unlawful purpose. Access to restricted downloads is personal: access codes are issued individually after review, may be revoked at any time, and must not be shared publicly.

4. Downloadable tools

Tools offered for download (such as RCW – AWSNixOps) are provided free of charge, "as is", for lawful training and evaluation. You are responsible for how you use them — in particular for keeping your own AWS credentials safe and for operating only within permissions you are authorised to use. Some tools contact third-party services (for example AWS) when you configure them; those services are governed by their own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The original content, labs, questions, code and design of this website are the property of RCW IT Training. Product names of vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Google, VMware, Red Hat and others) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only — see the trademark attribution. You may link to this website freely; please do not copy or republish substantial parts of it without written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The website embeds or links to third-party services (for example YouTube videos, Google advertising, and external sites). Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Follow their terms when you use them.

7. No warranty

The website and its materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Educational content may contain errors or become outdated; verify anything critical (including exam objectives and vendor requirements) with the official vendor documentation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCW IT Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or its downloadable materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the revision date at the top identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
